Lecture
Georges Didi-Huberman travelled especially to enrich the lecture series on »Sculptural Democracy« with the lecture »Utopies figuratives et mondes sens dessus dessous«. As Directeur d'Études at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, Paris, he spoke on Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz about figurative utopias and inverted worlds. His German-language publications include the books (selection): »Was wir sehen, blickt uns an. Zur Metapsychologie des Bildes«, Munich 1999. »Vor einem Bild«, Munich 2000. »Das Nachleben der Bilder. Kunstgeschichte und Phantomzeit nach Aby Warburg«, Berlin 2010. »Wenn die Bilder Position beziehen«, Munich 2010. »Überleben der Glühwürmchen. A Politics of Afterlife«, Munich 2012.
