The Market for Useful Knowledge and Non-Knowledge (formerly Black Market) is a narrative format of knowledge transmission and performative act. The market is about learning and unlearning. The market presents free formats of knowledge transfer via a temporary show- and production space (Agora & Check-In), which invite to try out and participate. Knowledge transfer is offered in a non-institutional way. Rather, it is a communicative and performative act for all participants, in the style of the theatre as the original place of public discussion. At individual tables (between 6-100 tables), numerous experts from crafts, natural sciences, art, philosophy and the neighbourhood are invited to offer parts of their knowledge. The knowledge transfer will take place within the framework of a 30-minute storytelling session, which will also take place in dialogue and convey the respective knowledge at eye level. All experts can be booked by visitors for one euro. It is also possible to borrow a radio transmitter and listen to conversations.
